Members requesting access to the Data Transfer Service need to complete a Data Transfer Agreement. The Broker of Record must authorize your subscription to this service.
As well, the final section, where the Member's Third Party information will appear, must be acknowledged/approved by the Third Party in order to be processed.
Once the forms are processed, the Member will be provided with a confirmation email and the access information will be emailed to the designated third party contact.
Please allow at least 2-3 days from the receipt of the forms to the actual implementation of the download process.
